Versa 2 LED only lit lasting 10mins max, any fix?

I've search all possible solutions factory reset, from Fitbit app, to device itself, etc...LED will only lit up after shutting the Versa 2. Then, will only last max 10 mins and LED off. No sleep and heart tracking even heart rate has been turned  ON and off, factory reset... Any fix for this is highly appreciated. Firmware up to date including the app. Cheers, M.

No idea what it means to "shut" the Versa 2.

IMO better to pay less attention to LED than to actual symptoms. Some models LEDs go off when not against skin, so means less that cannot see LED, like saying fridge light never goes off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
