After installing the last update, my versa 2 screen started to not respond, then it stopped working all together. I can see horizontal lines of light which indicates its still on, and i get vibrations when i press the button on the side, but now its just a black screen.
From reading a few post i know im not the only one experiencing this, but this is utterly ridiculous. You would think it would be more solutions to fix this reoccurring issue.
Sorry to hear that. Hopefully yours is still under warranty, i contacted customer support and they flat out said its nothing they can do. They gave me a code for a discount for a new watch. Which is something dont get me wrong, but you pay $250-300 for a device you expect it to work for more than a year.
