My Versa 2 has passed away, apparently. Tried a different outlet - nope. Different cube? That didn't do it either. Went to a store and tried a *brand new* charger? Yep - to no avail. Held the side button down for a hard reset? Yep - even did it for 3 minutes, which is way beyond the 10 second fix.
So what gives????
The screen doesn't light up, it is not discoverable as a Bluetooth device, and it does not respond to charging either.
Any suggestions shy of bouncing my head off the wall would be excellent! Thanks, Fitbit-ers.

Try re-starting/resetting a couple of times. Switch your Bluetooth off. And leave to charge for a prolonged time.

Great suggestions for sure, but the device has simply died. It is beyond weird. Think we're going to go to a different brand. We've had a number of issues with Fitbits. Love the concept behind them, but they seem to be flawed little devices.

Sorry to hear! We tried:
1) Different electrical outlet;
2) Different cube to plug USB charger into;
3) Different charging cable - went to The Source and they unboxed a new charger to try it out on; and
4) Uninstall / reinstall, un-pair, and then re-pairing device.
Nothing. What gives, Fitbit?
