Versa 2 didn't record sleep

Thanks for the details shared in your post. If your watch didn't record your sleep, I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
  3. Confirm that the watch is snug on your wrist.
  4. Be sure to keep your app up-to-date: How do I update the Fitbit app?
