Versa 2 difficulties with Alexa

Ive spent hours today trying to get Alexa to work...your help articles havent helped whatsoever and I fully regret buying this product Jan 2020...Im done!

If you have followed the instructions in this article in the menu "What should I do if my voice assistant doesn’t work on my Fitbit smartwatch?" without luck, please provide us with the following information:

 

- Do you see any error when trying to use Alexa?

- Is Alexa not hearing your questions?

- Is the speaker not working?

- What information is displayed on your Versa 2 screen?
