What is going on with Fitbit?! I upgraded to the Versa 2, realized the watch wasn't correctly monitoring my heart rate (middle of intense workout and it stated my heartrate was around 110-130, when it should have been at 170-180) anyways, did allllll the fixes including contacting customer support multiple times. They ended up sending me a new Versa 2. Heart rate monitor works wonderfully, however now different clocks won't download or work correctly, most of my stats on my Today app are missing, the app on my phone says my battery is at 100% when my watch says it's at 80%. There are so many glitches and issues now. I'm wishing I never upgraded or waited until one of the newer versions came out or something. I've rebooted, I've factory reset, I'm uninstalled and reinstalled I don't know how many times. Anyone have any other pointers or suggestions?
