Versa 2 display issues

Hello, my Versa 2 screen shows the internal frame. The screen is no longer solid black. It looks terrible. This started after I only had it for 9 months. I have contacted the help team before. The problem has not been fixed. Please address this. I can provide a photo to show the problem.
