My Fitbit Versa 2 was bought less than a year ago. I mainly use it to tell my heart beat and steps count. But few days ago it gone blank and dark. I googled the solution and asked to force stopped it. Which I did and got the X sign with message data not synced and cleared completely. I did the force stopped few times and uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turn the blue tooth on and off and log in and update. The Fitbit Versa 2 back to work although the screen has gone green with the flickering glitch.
Any idea on how to get the screen back to work again considering the less than a year age of it?
Thank you, Vera

Hi @Verasegoh - press and hold the button to get to Quick Settings and make sure sleep is disabled, as this can make the display dim.
Also try changing the clock face from the Gallery tile of the Fitbit App on the phone, if it is not already a Fitbit face.
But the flickering may be a watch issue and it can be replaced under warranty where you bought it.
