My green light at the keep lighting up but my front face want come on

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If the display of your Versa 2 is not turning on, I recommend you to restart your device and then change its clock face following the steps that are specified on: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.
