When I updated my phone and installed the fitbit app onto my phone - my versa 2 (once hard reset) only shows the fitbit logo loading.

Based on the image that was attached, it doesn't seem that your Versa 2 got stuck during a firmware update process, therefore, let me share with you that our Customer Support team was contacted on your behalf to provide you further assistance with the difficulties you're currently experiencing.
