Versa 2 displaying incorrect time

The time on my Versa 2 is off by 5 minutes. The device is syncing fine. I have tried restarting the device. I have updated the app and synced again after the update. How can I get the correct time to display?

I would like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the time if off. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums. Also, I would like to know what is the brand and model of your Fitbit device.

 

I would like to know if the issue persists or if the time is showing properly now. In the meantime, try setting up your watch from scratch as described in this article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
