Following a short period when my Versa2 went flat, on recharging the watch displays a time that is way behind the correct time and a date also wildly out of step with the calendar.

Thanks for the information. The synchronization did the trick. All is well.
Many thanks

Hi @RayF74, welcome to the Community Forums.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Let me share with you that our Fitbit devices use your mobile device information to display the time with the syncing process, therefore, by simply syncing your Versa 2 it should display the time that’s configured on your phone.
However, this may also also be fixed by updating the time zone in your Personal Settings. For step-by-step instructions, please check our help article: How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
Let me know if further assistance is needed, I’ll be here.

I am having this same issue. Syncing did not do the trick, nor did the time zone toggle (already on) off to back on. Other ideas?

Welcome aboard @Tmmiller1995, thanks for bringing this to my attention.
To further investigate why are you still experiencing this issue with your Versa 2, can you please let me know which phone are you using? When was the first time you experienced this situation and how many times since then? Is your mobile device's timezone setting in Automatic rather than Manual? If so, please change this specific setting to Manual and then sync your Fitbit device, let me know if this solves the issue.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi. I have been having the same issues. I did the sync and it fixed the time but not the date. I have a versa 2 syncing to an iPhone 11 Pro.

Versa 2 displaying wrong date and time
From my Versa 2 Fitbit device, going into ‘clock’ display then back out did the trick! I had tried all of the previous suggestions, including changing time zones, deleting my app & adding it, shutting down my iPhone 12 (and my watch). Nothing worked, but going in and out of the clock setting from my watch worked! 😊

Hi @Mel2917 - thanks for reporting what worked, it can help others.
Generally if a clock face has an issue, going to settings and back to the clock face restarts it and may clear the fault, also restarting the watch does the same thing or even changing clock face can be the final resolution.

How do you restart the watch? Nothing seems to be working for me.

Well, I wasn't getting good answers. No one even suggested restarting the watch. But that didn't work, either.

Hi it says it’s synced to my phone and it’s on the right time but on my watch it’s the complete wrong date and time
