My fitbit versa 3 used to last 6-7 days with a charge up until last week. Then it started to act weird with it registering touch inputs that weren't there. The haptic feedback engine was going insane, it was constantly vibrating. Then it started to turn itself on/off constantly until it completely reset itself. I let it rest and 2 days ago I reinstalled everything to use it again. But now the battery doesn't even last me 1 day, not even 1 night. It was charged 92% when I went to sleep and when I woke up it was at 5%.
Is this a firmware issue or a hardware issue? Is there something I can do to fix it?

Hi there, @gogoy7. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.
Are you using Snore Detection? If so, please note that the Snore Detection feature does impact your device’s battery, so we recommend charging your device to at least 40% before going to bed. For more information, see How can I use my Fitbit device to detect snoring and noise levels while I sleep?
As you already know, that the battery life will depend on how frequent certain features are used in general. With that being said, I suggest making sure you've followed all tips and recommendations provided here.
