Versa 2 does not swipe any more.

My Versa 2 is only 3 months old. The swipe has stopped working and it turns on and off by itself. How do I fix this?

If you haven't done it already, please restart your Fitbit Versa 2 by following these instructions. In addition, you can change the clock face to see if there is any change.
