Versa 2 does not swipe, return to Amazon or Fitbit

The issue I am having is the same as others.  The solution has been to return the Fitbit Versa 2.  Should I return it to Amazon or Fitbit?

You will have better luck with Amazon from my experience.  Fitbit does not support their products.
