Ever since the last update around Thanksgiving my Versa has stopped vibrating when I get a call/text or I hit an accomplishment. I really miss this since it was a big reason why I chose the Versa. I called customer support and they said they were aware of the bug and to look for an update to come. It's been a while now so I'm wondering if Fitbit is close to fixing the issue or if there was another way to make it start vibrating with notifications. All of my calendar items, texts and calls show when I hold down the left side button so I know they are syncing and my watch vibrates then too. I'm tired of this manual process and am tempted to go to an Apple watch instead. Can anyone help?

Hi @MtnVixen Sorry you are having this problem, but there is nothing anyone on the Community can do about it. You need to contact Support again, though They are unlikely to give you any time frame for the fix..
