Hi everyone, since three days my versa 2 does not track active minutes and distance. What can I do? I already restarted my tracker.

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.

Finally, monitor your Versa 2 for the next 24 hours and see if it tracks active minutes and distance properly.
