Versa 2 doesn't alert me

My fitbit does not give me any notification such as messages, phone calls, time to start walking, etc..

Same problem. 

I've tried everything - smart watch factory settings restore, Bluetooth settings reset, app uninstall, rematch smart watch with app and it still shows:

Notifications disabled. Turn on off your phone to restore notifications on tracker.

I've done that too several times and guess what.
