Fitbit versa 2 experts,
Issue : When I tap on brightness setting, this feature doesn't change my brightness no matter if I select normal, dim or max brightness. Any help appreciated.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @vkulfit.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the brightness setting on your Versa 2 is not working. I recommend checking if you're not in sleep mode, because the screen's brightness is set to dim in this case. If it's not the case, please restart your watch by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If the issue persists, please try switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Please keep me posted, I'll be around.

Thanks for suggestions. I tried above troubleshooting steps, unfortunately nothing works when I tap on brightness settings. I even switched to Fitbit basic waveform clocks but no luck.

I did a factory reset and did run the setup which took lot of time to get the update. Still no luck with the brightness tap working. It still does not change the brightness.

Hi, I’m getting the exact same problem as this person mentioned from earlier. I tried restarting the watch as well switching to the original Fitbit face and nothing seems to change the brightness. In my case, the brightness is permanently stuck in Max brightness mode no matter if I change the setting to dim or normal. It just stays bright and because of that, it causes the battery to drain profusely and it the watch does not last a full day without an extra charge. Please help. Thanks!
