I have a new Versa 2 watch. I tried to connect it with my Samsung S9. The Fitbit app recognizes the Versa 2, asks for the 4 digit code and after I filled in the numbers it says: not working, try again.
Tried everything. Deleted the app, bluetooth connection deleted, restarted phone and watch. Software is updated. Tried it at the computer. Nothing works.
Does anyone know what to do?
