Versa 2 doesn't display sleep time

Hi there,

I have an issue ion my Versa 2 ... where it displays the pulse rate, number of steps and so on, it doesn't display the sleep time in the different modes on the watch itself.

It syncs with the smartphone to show the data though, but why not on the watch ?

Hi @cdelecole. It's nice to see you here in the forums. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for sharing that your data is syncing with the Fitbit app. While it's odd that your sleep data isn't displayed in the Today app, have you made sure to add this stat in your watch? If not, please try the following steps:

1. On your Versa 2, swipe up to open the Today app.
2. Scroll all the way down and tap on Settings.
3. Add a check mark on Sleep so it can be displayed. Note that you can select up to 7 stats to see on the Today app.
