Versa 2, doesn’t hold charge

My Versa 2 had 86% battery when I took it out of the package Monday. I charged it for the first time on Thursday night once it got to 12% battery. But After putting it on Friday morning it is already at 37% battery...and it’s only Saturday morning. Is this normal after only charging it once? I did the new update and have read some reviews this morning. When I check the app it tells me my battery is “medium” but I don’t know what that means exactly. I’ve never had a Fitbit or smart watch...and feedback would be great!

Hi @Deebab, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since the battery is draining fast.

 

I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your Versa 2. After this, monitor the battery's behavior and see if the issue gets fixed.
