My Versa 2 doesn’t keep the correct time. I just got the watch after Christmas. What can I do?

Hi @Melisaa22 The Versa 2 time should correct (if it is out) every time the watch syncs to your phone. So I am not sure from what you say if the problem is that it is not syncing to your phone often, or if the watch rapidly loses a lot of time between syncs.
If it isnt correcting when you sync, restart the Versa 2 sevefal times and sync again and it should correct the time. Restart your tracker
If it is not syncing to your phone, go through all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
If it is losing or gaining time very quickly then do several restarts and see if that helps. If it doesnt, try a Factory Reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)
