My watch just stopped responding to touch. I checked the app and it's still synchronizing and I don't need to do an update. It is not damaged at all, i didn't let it fall or someting like that. the battery is full and still charging. The only thing that works is the side button to see and if I click it I can see how late it is, but if I hold the button (I use it for my bank card) it doesn't work. It still measures my heart beat and I get notifications, but I can't do anything else.

Hi @janavanstappen, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the touchscreen feature of your Fitbit Versa 2 is not working properly. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the touchscreen feature works properly.
