Mine is stuck on the logo. Won’t connect to Bluetooth. Useless.

Welcome to the community forums @AnkitaPorwal@Gardengirlee.

@AnkitaPorwal Thank you for letting us know the difficulty that you are experiencing regarding the device. Also, thank you for trying to fix it on your own.

Please confirm you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work and the Versa 2 does not vibrate while trying to perform the restart, I'd suggest making sure you've also tried all steps provided below:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the above steps don't work, I'd suggest performing a restart by following the steps below (please remove the Versa 2 from the phone's Bluetooth before performing this step):

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can follow the steps to set up the device after that: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.

@Gardengirlee please confirm that you have tried the restart method as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Please make sure that the power source, the charging contacts on your device and the charging pins on your charging adapter are OK. If your device won't charge, this might be helpful: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

  • Unpair your Versa 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 2.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.
  • Once your Versa 2 is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again.

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone
