Versa 3 stuck on Exercise tab

  • Exercise tab on watch will not open and just goes back to home screen.
  • Tried updating app and have restarted watch
  • Cleared data and cleared cache

To clarify, could you please explain what you meant when you said you cleared the cache and data? Are you referring to performing a factory reset on your device?
