Versa 2 doesn't update

I am very disappointed with the "auto" update on my Versa2 which rarely works. Week after week it doesn't update to give my weekly progress total.

 

I do all of the recommended procedures.

Restart Versa 2

Switch Blue Tooth on and off.

Close the app and restart

switch off phone and restart etc.

 

I have to spend a considerable amount of time to get it to update.

is there a solution for this?

I can't get it to update at all.    Frustrating to  do all that and never get the totals..

Could you please confirm that you have already followed the instructions of help article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?

 

Could you also tell me what happens exactly when you try updating?
