Hi
Im having trouble with my Versa Lite.
It didnt reset the step counter this morning so i did a factory reset as advised on the Fitbit forum.
I deleted and reinstalled the app now i cant seem to get the watch to work.
I cant see the watch face, its just scrolling through a menu in different langages telling me to download the app, which i have?
Please help, i cant live without this for a day 😁

Same 5hing happened to my versa lite 2 days ago. Customer service only offered 35% discount after determining the watch was defective. It barely lasted 2yrs and 2 days before it stopped working. Not the kind of quality I expect for the money I spent.
