I have been trying to find a fix too, I can't swipe the screen and the battery is dying quickly

I went through the chat with customer service and they warrantied it. I will have 35% on a new one because I’m technically out of warranty.

I've charged mine 3 times this week: Wednesday, Saturday, and now today! I guess that's the indication that they want us to buy a new one. I may forego tracker and go back to regular watch. I miss the look of a nice watch.

Mine has not lasted 48 hours with a charge. I don’t have it always on and don’t use it for other things (phone calls, music) that would drain the battery. I’m getting upset. Now it is not tracking my sleep or steps. Grrr

I was searching to see if others have had this problem as well. I just charged mine to 100% and in 10 minutes it’s already down to 95%. It has been draining so fast that it doesn’t stay charged for the full day. This all started with the last update.

Mine has been doing it too. I hate the thought of giving up my Fitbit but I switched from my Versa 2 to the Luxe once and deeply regretted it; I’ll never get that money back and I don’t want to risk “upgrading” when there’s no guarantee that another watch won’t be just as bad. I’m starting to lose faith in Fitbit… ☹️

My battery started dying quickly before the last update. I'm frustrated. I hardly use mine anymore. Was using to record steps, heart rate and sleep. Never used for music or any other features. I'm lucky if a full charge lasts more than 24 hours. I charged it Friday and it's almost Monday and it's down to 61%, which doesn't seem bad, but if I get a third day out of it, I'll be surprised. It'll probably whine to be charged in less than 12 hours from now.

As I suspected, I just got notification that my battery is low. It has gone from 61% to 8% in about 14 hours. This is unacceptable. If there Fitbit devices are going to degrade after 1-2 years of minimal use, then I see no reason to purchase any more! I will look for another brand that does not!

I'm in a twitter chat with fitbit at the moment as I've tried all the fixes (resetting, changing clock face) but they need to accept accountability for their update making the devices fail. I can't swipe my screen so it's pretty useless for a lot of things apart from being a watch/step counter at the moment. A discount isn't a solution to something that was working absolutely fine before their 'update'.

So what was the outcome? I'm still using mine to track steps and heart rate and use as a watch, but getting tired of constantly having to charge it! I want am answer other that to upgrade to a new one.
