Ah! My first post ever; I just received my Versa 2 yesterday from ordering off the site during the $50 off sale, and I’ve been excited since I put in the order. It seems to be running as smoothly as ever, which is fantastic—steps and heart rate and sleep are all perfectly recorded. I don’t really have any complaints other than ... the dreaded Clock Face. Yep. That guy.
I went through the many, many choices we’re given and installed roughly 5? My issue now is that I ... don’t seem to have the option available to me to be able to apply any of the other ones I’d installed/selected. I can’t scroll down to see them in a neat little row under what’s currently in use. And also I can’t even get to the option to Remove any of the said Clock Faces beneath the Settings and such. For any of them.
I can’t even access the default Clock Faces that came with the device originally.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! 😞
I’ve turned on/off Bluetooth. I’ve removed the Fitbit app from my iPhone 8, reinstalled. I’ve removed the Versa 2 from my devices and went through setting it back up in the app. All-day Sync is and has always been enabled.
Fitbit Versa 2 version is: 68.9.15
Fitbit (app?) 3.20.1 (953)
I check for an update and it says my V2 is up to date every time.
Am I at the point where I should consider a hard/factory reset of my Versa 2 device?
