Last night I went to bed wearing my couple-month-old Versa 2. I have not had any issues with battery or anything. Battery was approx 56% the last I looked at it, and in the morning it wouldn’t sync in the app, showing 53%. The watch wouldn’t wake up. I put it on the charger and apparently it was completely dead.
I’ll probably get some reply about needing to do a factory reset, changing the clock face, removing notifications, etc. I’m hoping you can offer some other explanation why a watch that usually lasts at least 4 days would suddenly die with more than half a full charge left. Thanks

Hi, I have the same problem. Factory resetting will not fix it as I had to factory reset it when I paired it with my new phone and I had the issue before and it stayed. Also, the battery hasn't gone through enough cycles to lose so much capacity. Seems to be a software problem, I am going to guess they just want us to upgrade to the new Versa 3...

That’s too bad, I just switched to the versa 2 a couple months ago when my Versa 1 started to need charging everyday. I used it til the battery was pretty much toast, then made the switch. Then Versa 3 just came out, which would be ideal with a built-in GPS, but I can’t afford another switch right now. I had been waiting so long for a built-in GPS since my Surge is now obsolete: it’ll say I have 0 zone minutes even after running for an hour—HR tracks properly but then it’ll just say 168min (or whatever) below zones. So very frustrating!
