Error message Data not cleared sync and try again.     I have tried to turn my Fitbit off but it won’t do it.  Any suggestions please.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

seems crazy to have to constantly be trying to restart and go through all the gyrations for a product that should work much better than it does. had i not just bought mine in November, i probably would have thrown it away already.

The Fitbit won’t turn off so can’t restart.
