Can't sync or set up Versa

I have a versa which stopped syncing on 01.02.20. since then it will not sync or update and is now not even allowing me to link it. I have tried everything that is suggested but with no success, including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. My my phone is fully up to date. Please can someone help.
