My versa 2 decided to not allow me to pause my workout, once i was able to pause the workout it wouldn't let me exit. It's been stuck on pause for the last 12 hours. The buttons on the screen are not responding to touch at all. I can't even turn it off to restart the device.
Mine started the same thing yesterday. Can't get it to reset to factory settings. The only help i get from fitbit is an offer to buy another one at 35%off. Pretty sure this is a planned thing to get us tty buy more of their crap
Yeah, that's not cool🙄 I had my versa 2 for a little over a year, and it just started this madness!!! I'm still getting my normal notifications I just can't exit out of my exercise!!! This is so ridiculous 🙄
