Versa 2 face

about a month ago the face of my Versa 2 fell off…I have never gotten my Versa wet, etc. Unfortunately the face is lost! Not impressed. Suggestions?

Thanks for sharing your inquiries with us. For this type of inconvenience, the best way to proceed is to get in touch with our Customer Service team. Take in mind that this is not something we can troubleshoot and the only way to resolve it is to check your warranty status.
