Hi folks, in attempting to reset my new versa 2 back to the factory settings, I did the first step (holding the button down) and now I see a message "Data not cleared Sync & try again"
My question is sync what and where?
And what do I do next?
The reason I want to reset it to the factory settings is I made many errors in the initial setup and I could find no way to get back to those initials steps. That was probably a mistake.

Good evening. Kindly help me how to resolve this problem. I bought my fit bit versa lite two weeks ago. I installed it successfully though my I couldn't receive my notifications, I decided to uninstall so that I could redo the process with hope of solving the problem. I have been doing that for over a week and to no avail. I have installed the app on my phone,but couldn't update,not its showing data not cleared,sync and try again on the screen. I have tried over and over again. Its failing.
