Versa 2 failure AGAIN

This is the 2nd time since buying this Versa 2 in March that it has gone completely black and will not sync with my phone. The first one lasted 3 months. After months & months of arguing back and forth with customer service, the sent me a new face. I wake up this morning, same black face, does absolutely nothing, can’t find router. My router is fine, my iOS has the internet and so does my laptop. Sooooo, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS JUNK NOW!?!?!?

The same thing is happening to me right. I see that other devices are going through the same thing as well
