Anyone else sick of fitbits LACK of adequate customer service? The fact that we are just expected to buy new products when our gets damaged instead of being able to pay for a repair is ridiculous. On top of that, they don’t even offer screen protectors to further prevent damage. They claim their products are sturdy and durable, but clearly not from my personal experience and all of the other similar stories I have read on this forum. All they want is our money and it’s sickening. Probably never buying from fitbit again, unless they make some much needed changes.
