Versa 2 flashes the Fitbit logo only

My Versa 2 has been working flawlessly until yesterday. When I went to put it on I saw that on the screen was the Fitbit logo that would just blink. Pushing the back button does nothing. It will not power down or reset. It will no longer sync with my phone.

Hi @Daxx, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

After this, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if it pairs with your phone properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I have tried that a few times, but there is not vibration and it does not reset it just stays at the blinking logo.

Now last night I noticed that the screen was blank. I pushed the back button and the logo came on the screen and a sec later the clock face appeared. I saw that it was at 4% so thinking it was a charging issue I put it on the charger and this morning it is back to the blinking logo screen. It stinks that it is not working because unknowing to me I have come to rely on it for so many things and now I am lost with out it.

Sorry that should have read no vibration and not vibration. I proof read and missed that mistake.

Just a quick update. I pulled the Versa 2 off the charger this morning and it displayed the clock face, but I cannot swipe right, left, up or down. The back button will turn it on and off, but that is it.
