Versa 2 floor count

Could you tell me if I can download anything to count stairs as I always used this in my last Fitbit but the versa 2  doesn’t have a step counter with the lock down I always use stairs to keep fit JANETTE

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. Unfortunately, I didn't quite understand your post, can you please elaborate? Is your Versa 2 not tracking stairs as it should or are you trying to change your step goal for a floors-climbed goal? More details will be appreciated, I'll be waiting for your reply.
