My versa 2 is frozen. I tried the reset by pushing down the side button for a few seconds but this doesn't help. It also wouldn't show me texts or calls before this happened. Can anyone help please?

Seems like there are some issues recently.
Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Yeah same is happening with my Versa 2. First it freeze does not show any other screen and now everyday around 10 battery died. I contacted fitbit support but haven't heard from them yet

Same here I contacted them 2 days ago and have heard nothing back.
