Versa 2 got overheated while on charge

Hi,

I had put the versa 2 on charge like any other day. But when I picked it up, it was burning hot. Like I literally couldn’t hold it in my hand. I just kept it away for an hour to let it cool down. It’s been 3 hours and it’s not switching on. No display Nothing.
Any suggestions?

Hi @Kunzie3178 - Do not charge if it gets hot - there is a risk of burn.

Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. T
