Versa 2 gps and screen

Hi, 

In the last 6-12 months my versa 2 has been going in and put of gps connection. It used to be really good and I started to think it was the area but it happens no matter where I am.

Also my screen is now non reactive and I am not receiving any notifications.

I have no proof of purchase as it was a present from 18months ago.
