Disparity between fitbit watch and mobile app

I am a Versa 2 user . My steps and zone points are shown by my fitbit watch but the mobile app doesn't show the zone points. My watch gives a strong signal when I complete 30 zone points,  but the mobile app measures it much lesser . This phenomenon has recently occurred with my watch nd app
