Versa 2 has a black screen

My versa 2 has blackscreened and the display is not working. There is a small green dot and a red line off to one side of the watch, but that is all that is on the screen. It still responds with vibrations when I press the button or if I get a notification. I have tried restarting but that has done absolutely nothing.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts. Since you've tried to restart the watch, I recommend changing a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for your response.

I did try changing the clock face but it had no effect. Although, I believe the pixel board in the watch is broken as when charged for a while the watch looked similar to when the pixel board in my laptop broke
