Versa 2 has a black screen

I woke out this morning and my Fitbit had a black screen. I’ve looked up YouTube videos and nothing works. On my phone is says it full battery then I saw it said it was low battery. Not sure why this is happening all of a sudden. I haven’t had a month.

Try a restart. 

Press and hold the button for (at least) 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I have done that and still nothing.

Same here my screen just went black yesterday tried all the troubleshooting still nothing the greenlight on the back are off as well
