My Versa 2 screen went black and has not turned back on. At first it would still vibrate with notifications and the greenlight in the back was on but now even that has stopped. It was fully charged when it went black and I even tried charging it again but the screen remained black. I tried holding the side button to reset and even removing it from my fit bit app. All that happened is that I can no longer see it on the app as one of my devices. I got it as a birthday present new in October 2020, I don't wear it in the shower/ pool/ submerge it in any kind of water. It was working perfectly fine up until this issue.
