Versa 2 has a red X

The rec X & message data not cleared on screen. Have tried factory reset but still showing same - can you advise what to do now. It’s a Fitbit versa 2

I'll be glad to help you out about this inconvenience with your Versa 2 and thanks a lot for the steps already tried:

Please let's try the next:

  1. Remove the device from your  Bluetooth settings 
  2. Restart your Versa 2 by keeping the button press for 10 seconds 
  3. Restarting your phone
  4. Once everything is completely on, open the Fitbit app
  5. Tap on the top left corner of the app > then "Add more devices"

By doing this, a set up process will start and your device should be back on track.
