My versa 2 has a white static screen, I can't see anything or do anything. Any ideas? It's just over 2 years old

Hi there, @AVslider07. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

Thank you for the suggestions. I tried resetting, but I can't see the
Fitbit logo, so I held it for the suggested trying and nothing.... The
changing of them clock face also was a no go

If you're beyond your Versa 2 warranty, then you may want to try this as it fixed the same common issue. With at least a half charge remaining on the device, place your Fit Bit in the freezer for at least one hour. This will cause the battery to cease operating the device. Pull from the freezer, push power button and you will get a dead battery sign. Allow the device to warm to room temp. From there it should operate normally. If not, then may need to repeat the process 1-2 times. My Versa 2 has worked perfectly after the second freezing method was completed. No problems since.

I actually tried this.  After I tried restarting multiple times, as well  as changing the clock face. Neither worked. I put it in the freezer for roughly an hour and it has worked ever since.

Thank you for the advice.
