Versa 2 has just stopped syncing steps and exercise

Hi all. Up to about a week ago, my Fitbit and app were working fine. Suddenly it has stopped syncing steps walked, syncing exercise or in zone minutes etc. It is only syncing calories. It is definitely syncing and registering it has synced but no other information is moving across? 

Ive reset app, ensured app is updated, restarted app but no result. 

please help?!

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend confirming if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
